Fi X 12" Subwoofers

This is my first system. I'm not sure how many speakers to get to compliment my subwoofers. I was thinking four 6 1/2" component speakers for the doors (amplified of course). Is this enough or will the subwoofers over power the mids/highs? The speakers are Rockford Fosgate Power T1652-S.

Generally a pair of 12's can overpower coaxils..

Simply turn them down You don't have to run them wide open.
