Yeah I have always used a jigsaw in the passed, hoping Santa will bring me a circle jig for Christmas.

When i figure out how to use this damn router to cut small circles i'll be set... so far i have yet to figure out. the outside radius of the router is 3.25" from the blade.... still just a smide too large

Hot boxin' it up... Took about 8 mins to cure fully.

Yes they're ugly.. but i had to free hand them with a router.. which isn't as easy as it sounds

Works great to smooth down bondo when it's not fully hard.

I hate bondo, but not as much as I hate sanding it.
