looking good, my car sucks a bit at 80 on the highway, but i don't have my door panels on atm or the MLV on yet. nice neat placement and workmen ship on your end tho. keep it up.

Yeah I have always used a jigsaw in the passed, hoping Santa will bring me a circle jig for Christmas. :drink40:

Jig saw man here myself.

High Speed and go slow = good results.

added some more glass/resin to the right mold.. nothing new..

waiting to buy some MDF and gotta make a circle jig.

left mold to come soon.

Thanks guys!

When i figure out how to use this damn router to cut small circles i'll be set... so far i have yet to figure out. the outside radius of the router is 3.25" from the blade.... still just a smide too large :(

Yes they're ugly.. but i had to free hand them with a router.. which isn't as easy as it sounds

Works great to smooth down bondo when it's not fully hard.

I hate bondo, but not as much as I hate sanding it.
