Battery Question

Trying to get a battery for my truck right now

current battery in there

Width 7"

Height 8 just top of battery and i think 8.3 with post and wires on top

Length 11.25" i can go about 12.25 maybe a little bigger

Looking at putting a battery in there with the most AH

was looking at this d2700

Length 12 inches

Width 6.5 inches

Height 8.3 inches

Ah 103

How much room do i need on top

was thing that an ibar kit would work and connect wires beside batter instead of on top

Any ideas or other batteries with more amp hours that will fit

By your measurements it sounds like the D2700 would work for the room you have to work with. The side posts on the Ibar kit will not work on the D2700.

If you are using this for car audio, then AH ratings are useless actually. They are low amperage pulls for extended periods of time. Car audio needs High amperage out put in short bursts with the ability to recover quickly.
