BookShelf Speakers Group Buy

Argent Audio is proud to announce the first group buy of bookshelf speakers. The bookshelf speakers are all assembled by Argent Audio in Gilroy, California. Some of the specs are as follows:

- 75 Watts RMS Per Speaker

- 6 Ohm Per Speaker

- 6.5 Inch Woofer

- High Quality Cherry Cabinet

- 1 Inch Textile Dome Tweeter

Pricing for the pair will be as follows:

1-4 - $365.00

5-8 - $360.00

9-12 - $350.00

13+ - $340.00

As pricing for shipping will vary greatly, each shipping quote will be determined on a per person basis. Shipping will be between $25-$50 depending on your location. Shipping will be actual rates.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to place your name on the list. The balance will be due upon shipment on the speakers.

Shipment of the speakers would be no later than 8/11/2010.

They are not shielded, I would think most people dont have tube tvs or CRT monitors any more.

I still rock both. :shrug:

what dies shielded or not mean?

In short there is a shield around the magnets to prevent picture distortion in CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) monitors.
