hey crazy its, Alter from CAF...i think they are still rated at 900RMS for both. I would say anywhere from 500RMS to 1200RMS, probably wouldn't run 1200RMS at it all day at high volumes though. I use a Concept CC-D1200 and run it at 800-1000RMS after the gains are dialed in. I've let it see close to 1300RMS from the amp and it just got louder.

900 rms on the 12, 950 rms on the 15.  We do not publish peak figures.

oh ok well can you email me or PM me if you think 2 twelve's can take about 1500w each... friend has a 3000w amp and wants some subs ^.^ thanks :P

Personally, I feel if you are careful, they can take the power. Enclosure is going to be the determining factor. Be careful with the gain and the volume knob, and don't play full blast for extended periods of time. Also be aware that warranty doesn't cover fried coils. If the driver goes into thermal failure, it's your fault.

On a side note, 1.5K per driver is just unnnecessary. I'm running 250 watts to mine and a quick sit in my truck is enough to make your ears hurt.

What is the amp he will be using?

Like Ryan said, 1.5k is just un-neccessary...but you can do it if you want. We do not cover burnt coils, so turning it up full bore (if his amp can actually do 3k on his electrical system) for an hour at a time is not a good idea.

I'm putting 1.6k per driver in our demo car, but it's totally overkill. Just for demo purposes / showing off basically. :D

oh so then i should put like 2k a driver ;) lol im joking :P hmmf alright ill tell him ^.^ but im not sure if his amp is a true 3000w and if it is that would be 1.5k per driver 100 less than u :P... hmmf perhaps he can set it at like 1000w@4 ohms?? hopefully iy blows up in his face so i can laugh :lol2:
