Will the Audioque 1200D at 4 ohms be too much power for (1) Dcon 12

That will really be pushing it if you are not careful. Why not be on the safe side and step up to the Icon?

You can back the gain way down, but it is probably not worth the risk. The Icon is much more capable at handling that power, and the Xcon even more so.
