12" sub

hey guys need some advice here am look for 2 12 that will be playin off a 2000 bxi hifoinc. in my price range am loolin at a pair of DCON 12D4 or a pair of IA 187 12d4 which one would be a better buy????thanks

Toss a coin!

The DCON's are some bad ass low frequency monsters within specified SSA box specs!

The IA 187 series are a nasty loud, low playing subwoofer within IA box specs!

ok i guess toss a coin will not be a bad idea cause both of them r good driver... an if i will not be able to get a different sound of the 2 better i get the IA cause its $30 lest but the dcon look like a more tougher sub

Look into the DCON they are just great on the lows and overall a great sounding subwoofer!

Iv'e never heard the Dcon yea but I used to have a 15" 187 and it was a great sub it got loud for 300 watts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it though. But I have yet to hear anything negative about the Dcon either so I would just get the 187 because its cheaper if I remember correct.
