I recommend you download the .rar package (contains all 74 tones) as it's only like 2-4x larger than a single tone.

this may be a dumb question, but at the top you have like 0 dB and -3 dB, what exactly does that mean?

0 dB is the loudest signal a sine wave can be without clipping.

-3 dB is a sine wave that is 3 dB quieter than a 0 dB sine wave.
