Not to bash on SSkin but why would you put 4 layers? Isn't that stuff good enough with 1 or 2?

This is the most fluent and ready to go build i have seen thus far! All equipment ready....all qaulity products....and i don't live too far from Josh.....i must hear this when done! +1!

you are completely right, 2 would have been plenty, but there are 2 reasons for putting 4 layers in some places:

1) the places that got 4 were for the roof that had no structural support, so the SS helped stiffen it

2) why not? lol i got like 240 sq. ft. of the stuff mght as well use it!

Thanks man, i learned a long time ago that if i ever would do it all over again, I would go big all at once because in the long run you'll save money and it's way more fun. This thing is going to be insane!

With this much flex, you can never have to much IMO. , also, if you haven't noticed, I personally like to overdue everything!

Had a very productive day today, I got the interior button'ed up while Josh got all the wood cut, and the shell's made for the box. Video is uploading of Day #2 Highlights. If we pull an all nighter tomorrow, we should have sound!

The last part was just for you man. And i'm only playing, so please don't take it the wrong way lol. We like to have fun with stuff. But yes, it's very stiff now, thats exactly what we wanted. I have 4 layers on my Hyundai as well, love the stuff.

Plus I like to over due just about everything I do
