I always buy from their ebay store. Buy through ebay and you'll get more protection from ebay and paypal if you use paypal. They are legit though.

It's not hard to send a B-stock or used battery

Also says something about the "new, never opened product"

I agree with Mark, check the XS Power, they really are quality batteries. Otherwise go with some Deka's or Shuriken's for cheap ones.

I just checked my order history. Sorry, they are pretty good, I was thinking caraudiodeals. Did have a problem with a US Amps bass mekanik they sent me, it was missing parts too, didn't really work either.
