What Amp should i run

I've got a pair of db drive plw12d4 currently on an alphasonic pma600hca and i was wondering what might be a good amp to run so i can put a little more power to them when I build an enclosure better suited for them. How many watts can they actually handle?

they are a dual 4ohm voice coil and i am wondering about power they are rated at 2000watts nominal and 1000 rms. As far as the go with one thats in your budget I can figure out my budget once I know if they can hold something stronger than what I have I can get good prices on most brands from the shop i go to. I am wanting recommendations on them cause I know people run them in competition but they never say what amps are on them

I'm going to be looking into spending about $500 max on my new amp or amps. I need to know if the woofers can handle any more power than they are rated at an would just like some suggestions towards a good amp is that to much to ask. I'm pushing 1800rms to the pair right now and want to go a little higher on them and want something that may give me a little room to grow later.
