grammar question

Recommended Posts

I'm installing 4x DP in my car and wanted to do a nice sticker for the rear window! Something like this!

"Punished by 4 times Death Penalty"

But im unsure about the grammar! Is it "by" or "with" or how should you say a sentence like that! :) Or does anyone else have any cool sentence that i can make!

Both are correct grammar, but can be interpreted in different ways.

"Punished by 4 times Death Penalty" -- Would be as if you were punished BY it, as if it was your dads belt.

"Punished with 4 times Death Penalty" -- Would be as if you were punished WITH a day of after school detention.
