12" q fully loaded or 12" bl

i was looking at getting a fi sub but i dont know which sub i would want i narrowed it down to the bl or q but dont really know.....i have a rf p-1000-1bd just give me some opinions thanks

i really like the low end bass that shakes everything! i had a soundstrean t5-12 in my car before 2.5cf @33hz but was just looking for more output

even tho i only have a rockford fosgate p1000-1bd birthsheet rated at 1328w rms@ 1ohm i hread that the bl is a power hungry sub and not getting a different amp because i will have to upgrade my alt.

i have a 140amp alt. yellow top in the back and 4gauge wire

A sub is not "power hungry" it does what it's told.

Get a BL.

ok thanks.... for the box i know it says 2.5cf @ 33hz but seeing if more net volume would be better or stay right around 2.5? im going to keep the tuning @ 33hz because i like that tuning frequency

I would go for the q ported at 28 hz if you want the real low end. They can move more at the lowere frequencys than the bl can.
