Ghetto way of running power to my high amp until I get my batteries in lol.

Battery tray all done and sitting in my car about where the front of the box will be. I wanted to get them all charging consistently and my dad wanted them outa the garage, so this was really my only option lol. Just means I gotta drag them all back out when I'm putting them in their final place.

All temp wired up.

Starting work on the rack for the battery tray to bring the batteries up high enough to fit width wise.

Ready to have the tray mounted to it, May do another layer of mdf for a lil more strength.

looks like you got a stout electrical bank for what power you will be running.

Let me give you a tip when running that many batts.

Before your initial use of a battery bank, get an AGM charger and charge each battery up completely.

Once they are all connected, about once a week, just check the voltage of your battery bank before you start it up.

If the voltage for those batteries are at 12.6-12.7v, u need to throw them back on a charger or you will be risking alt life.

All it takes is for 1 battery to drain down lower than the rest for whatever reason and the whole group is suffering. I don't wanna see all that money get wasted so keep a tab on em.

Buss bars on and all wired up.

There is gonna be a lid that goes over the batteries, so all of the wire will be hidden. The fuse holders will be mounted to the top of the inside of the lid.

I have had them on an agm charger about once a week while they were in the garage. Thanks for the tip, I'll be sure to keep a closer eye on them.

Finally got a lil more work done.

Starting on the floor.

Gluing the step pieces together.

Part of the lower floor. I'm hoping doing it like this will keep a lot of glue off of my carpet lol.

Siliconing unused bolt hole shut, and siliconing around holes for the bolts to be sure that they seal.
