enclosure shipping problem

Good morning andrew,

its tuesday morning i got to work and checked my ups tracking, and it still says in transit last scan in CA. the delivery day from last friday the 23rd was moved to monday. ill see what happens today and see if arrives, but i tried to get a investigation started but they said the shipper has to get that started. investigation is to see where its at, why is hasnt been scanned, ect. i know the package was sent because the box invoice tracking details said 95lbs.

somehow, something happened... the lady at ups said "this rarely happens" so i dont know, but she did make it aware there is a problem is says the last scan was in CA. ive checked everyday for a week and it never changed.

also tried calling you but your phone number does work.

i hope to god it comes, i got all happy and excited when i saw the box, i cross my fingers is shows up today, but the tracking still says CA. so if you could call and see whats wrong, id apperiate it.

Sorry about my phone not working. I'm in the middle of switching carriers. I will call ups today and see whats up.

I have noticed that sometimes UPS does not update their online tracing as good as they should, it still says it is en route on my end of the ups website.

Where do you live? I know the midwest and east have some severe storms last week, maybe they could not take it that way?? Well man good luck! I know Andrew will do his best to get it worked out for you. Great guy and customer service!

andrew, i just got off the phone with UPS and the guy told me to tell you to call and start an investigation cuz they have no idea where the package is.

if you can please let us know what to do.

this is a very common problem with UPS.....

I have sent about 50 enclosures that just dissapear off the screen and majically show up

at the customers doorstep a week late with no tracking movement

hope it all works out for you

yea im aware of ups, i typed "ups lost my package" in google to see how i can resolve it but all i got was stories lol

i hope it comes today, please god lol

Just to keep you updated UPS is still in "search" mode for the package. I will let you know as soon as they give me any new info.

well... no package today, according to ups tommorow is the last day they will keep "investigating" before they give us back a refund... This is retarded, you build a badass box, it was shipped, i got the tracking, then ups just lost a package and have no idea what happened or where it went... I'll never be using ups again.

I feel the same way about UPS but at least they honor their insurance. FedEx comes up with excuses and does not give you the money so it's the lesser of two evils.

Talked to Dustin today and he received the enclosure so all is well despite UPS grrr!!!
