Depending on your budget a cheep PC with an amp might be your best bet.

I'm pretty sure you used to be able to get a SoundBlaster PCI card with FM radio for pretty cheap. Haven't looked at them lately though.

you can run ipod through 2.5mm headphone jack they're cheap, and if you have an ipod why cds? and am/fm most stereos will play.
