Alright I have 3 Fi 10" SSD's with flatwound coils that I want to have changed into 15's. What option's do i need to have pick? do i need to pick basket i take it? and how much power will they handle each could they handle 3000 rms? Since there flatwound do i need to pick that option again or no?

id shoot for closer to 2000...since they are only rated for 600.

they're rated at 800 rms stock without that flatwound coils

They should be able to handle it.

If you are responcable with the volume knob and know how to set you're gains.

I had two 12" SSDs on a 2600-watt Hifonics brutus amp (obviously getting less than rated wattage, also voltage dropped a lot) and I blew one. After reconing that sub, my other sub literally set fire because it got so hot. So definitely be careful with your gain setting.
