The bracing will change tuning because it occupies airspace. It can be done a lot of ways, wooden dowels, window bracing, and threaded rods are the most common.

Check your enclosure with this calculator, as it used the correct formulas and is right if the vent has a bend in it, the RE Calculator does not calculate port bends correctly.

A lot of people here would love to double check the numbers for you, I'll be out of town for a while so I cannot.

alton designed it for me and he said"this is 3.5cuft net, including the sub and port displacment the box is 4.66 cuft. The best use of space I could come up with is 20" H x 15" D x 35.750" W with a 3" port width and total length of 31" for 30hz tuning" and its outter dims...

its mounted in the backseat well replacing my backseat of a 76 chevy caprice. sub and port facing windshield also sub is centered aiming between the front seats with port on passenger side. right now its powered by a monoblock bazooka 500w rms(supposedly) but i got a saz1500 fixin to be sent out for repair while i build a new box........i used the backseat because the trunk would take WAAYYYY to much time and money to seal off due to rust and stop rattles
