Good car for bass!

Recommended Posts

Well seeing as how my car is a peice of shit I will be trying to get a new one in the near future.

I'm leaning towards a hatchback right now mainly because I can get better gas miliage in it.

I read somwhere that blazers get really loud. And of course the honda civic crv.

Any body else know of any vehicles with good ecoustics?

I've heard the same about hatchbacks, just from the nature of the design... trucks get pretty loud too (both SUV's and single/double cabs) the main challenge with sedans and the like is getting the air pressure effectively into the car... if this means cutting a hole in the rear deck, or removing the rear seat sheet metal support and welding in smaller braces, by all means do what it takes ;)

Haha I'm not really looking to compete or anything just want to get the full potential in my system you know?

I also think the fact that everything in my car was loose (door regulator, ceiling liner, panels, lights inside car? Rear dash, just to name a few lol) drowned out the bass a little more.

But it's too much bullshit to try and fix all that shit. I decided to just sell the system I had and get a new car.

I was gonna go to the last one but had to work. Yeah man deffinatly if we can figure out the date and all?

That's the magic word right there and something that's really difficult for everyone to come to a consensus on... Honestly, I would say we can shoot for sometime in June again, that gives everyone a few more months to tighten up their setups. Have to get a date as many people can attend as possible though.

And then we need to find a location... we ended up moving a few times last year before we finally found a nice dirt field to park in, that was in San Marcos. I wouldn't mind driving to Austin if there was a good spot we could all meet up at.
