Will using 2 ports work or will my tuning be off? I'm going to be running a Fi BTL 18 in a 6 cube box and want to run 2 ports, one firing left, and one firing right. as long as I have the same area and length would I be OK?

no, each port will still need to be a little bit longer even when maintaining the same port area as one large port.

You can enter your port specifications in this site and see the length. Then type 2 for ports instead of 1 and see what happens... double and more for port length.
