For $120 you should really just buy a bigger single driver and build a ported enclosure.

Don't fry that amp using it in house without a good DC power supply...

I am going with the four tang bands because i could use them separately, in pairs etc should i want to try something different later on. It would also be easier to sell later.

Will a deepcycle marine battery and a charger be sufficient? It should be way more than enough, especially as there will be less than two feet of wire between battery and amp.

Edit: No more 100.4 in the SSA store I'm aiming for an AQ1200D. Same price; ~500w @ 4ohm, perfect.

Double Edit: after a nap and a decent lunch, i've realized i am NOT going to spend $200 on speakers for a just for fun project. So, to spare my wallet the pain, i am going with (4) 6.5" Peerless woofers. Same everything else, amp, batt, and box style.
