well.. from what i've seen on this forum, the IA Warden can handle 7,000w for a good minute that i know of.

The Sundown Nightshades are pretty efficient and can handle 3kw fine.

Hell, the SA-12s can handle 3,500w for a pair on music guaranteed.. i still got the video of that night, lol.

Now that the list is down to reputable companies, lets start over. Other than power handling, what are your goals, budget etc.? (The info that is stated in the member guidelines). More info please.

I like your list Aaron ;)

The installation they will be in would help considerably.

Each sub? You won't get a Nightshade, Warden, or MT for $250 each.

I wish you good luck, i highly doubt you would be able to find any reputable subwoofer that handles 3k daily for less than 500 dollars.

Single sub setup ? 2 sub setup ?

Give us details, that's the only way we can help.

With that small of a budget you should consider a little less power.

Why 3kW? Sounds to me like you are doing everything for all the wrong reasons. Perhaps a goal and overall budget would help us direct you better.

You can check prices on the Sundown Nightshade and Icriminator Audio Warden in the SSA store.

As far as going to 3K watts, you do realize that your budget will be going up to cover upgrading your electrical!

I own two of the subwoofers on your list, the T3 Audio TSNS 15 and the Nigthshade 12. I had 2 Massive Audio p1500 on the Nigthshade daily and the sub did fine. Now as for the TSNS 15 NO COMMENT. My son is using the Nigthshade now with one Audiopipe 3000 for powwer and I think the sub is laughing at him. P.S. make sure you give lots of information when you start a topic/post, it will help us to understand your questions or goals better. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Okay I dont know how to edit the first post so heres a new one lol

I am looking at running a Sundown SAZ-3000D or some other 3000 rms amp. If you have any suggestions please tell me them. I am going to get a 260 amp alternator and whatever amount of batteries are needed. Also I am looking for the best priced 3000 rms sub. I want to run 1 sub 1 amp then after awhile I will add a second sub then after another little while I will add a second amp and electrical. I hope that makes sense lol.

If anyone has any suggestions for anything better that will save me some money but still be LOUD I want the loudest sound to the ears. I am not much of a competitor just yet but thats because I only have 2 12" Alpine Type R's on an Alpine MRP-M1000 amp. I mainly want something to beat the hell out of my current 2 12s.

So far I have been looking at AudioQue HDC3 with aluminum coils I have been told by quite a few people that it will handle 3000 rms.

I hope you guys can understand what i'm talking about haha!!

The AudioQue's are great subs for the money and will handle 3000 rms. If my budget was $2000.00 I would do the HDC3,there amps are too.

I have been talking to Jacob from Sundown and came up with getting 2 sa-12s for now on an audioque 2200D then adding 2 more later and either a second 2200D or something bigger. What do you guys think? Is there a better deal for my money. This will only cost me 350 to start for the subs. Plus the box I am building for my type R 12s should be fine for the Sa-12s

What box are you building for your Type R's?

That set up will probably be a good bit louder, but its all install dependent.

Have you looked at other IA subs a pair of Lethal injections would get pretty loud in the right box.

You're on the good way with Sundown !

I did not know the sa 12 could handle so much power daily.

If you have the good box, go for them.

The Sundown saz2000 is a much better amp, as I read it here. But the AQ will do the job.

Why did you forget the Nightshade? Too expensive ?

2 Fi BL 12" should be a good option for you.

Good luck
