Whats up with my order

I placed the order for my 15" BL on the 28th of last month and they accepted my money that night, on the 2nd of this month i received my ups tracking number however when i check it as i have been like every day multiple times it say billing information received. my order is supposed to be here on the 8th according to ups. how come i can't track it, and should i really expect it to be here on the 8th?

how long does it take to get the tracking number?. i ordered mine on the 31st and did not receive my tracking # yet. im just wondering because it still says "your order is being processing" not trying to be impatient , just wanna know when i will receive the #. didn't want to e-mail Fi and ask them.

Your 15" Q is built or probably close, i would expect it to be sent out this week

UPS estimates a date assuming it will be shipped that same day. . .Not the case with your sub. They still have to build it. Once UPS actually picks it up, it will update with the true delivery date and show the shipping progress. As long as it says billing info received, it has not shipped yet.

As mentioned above... UPS' system is less than optimal for us. It simply assumes that when the order is processed that it will ship the same day. In our case, this is not true. Order is processed and a UPS ticket as made (along with a build ticket for the machine shop and the assembly line). Once the sub has shipped it will change from "Billing information received" to actually show the shipping and where the sub is in transit to you. BTLs as posted on the site are currently taking us 3-10 business days to machine and assemble.

As I have been out of town for the past week, I will hop on all the orders and make sure that they are up to date in terms of shipping out on time.
