major help with viper alarm remote start asap

i purchased a viper alarm remote start 5901 and the installer is saying i have to use both stock alarm and then viper remote start. i know there is a way to get by this the wiring diagram doesnt show an arm and disarm so im looking for this and maybe a by pass does anyone know anyway to help me so i do not have to use the stock remote and only use the viper remote for the alarm remote start and door locks help asap

oops my bad 2002 s10 xtreme power windows door locks and has stock alarm i think we have it figured out but not full sure
