FINALLY!

Alrite so i got the measurements for the box that I am going to be building for my 2 18" Fi BL's

they are 38.5" wide, 22" tall and 31" long. The port size will be 13.5in wide and 12in deep and 9in tall tuned to 35hz.

Do you guys think those are good measurements ?

Not sure what you're asking for. Do you want to know if your measurements will result in your box being tuned to 35Hz or do you want to know if that's a good box to put your subs in?

Is the depth supposed to be 31"? Doesnt make sense.

Sounds to me like you should be looking at 15's if that is the max space you have.
