I have posted a few topics on my new ssa xcon, I haven't received it yet, it just got don't being built today, so it probably will be shipped out tomorrow. I just am bored, and I want to talk about it, or here any insight or anything random at all about it or anything even related to it, and completely off topic subjects are ok, just as long as you don't fill the whole page with it. so type away

I am really eager to hear your view on the xcon sub and how you like it. I was very impressed with the icon 12 inch sub. I am very excited to see how you like the xcon. Just make sure you put a lot of love into building the box and also sound deadening. After switching out my other 12 inch sub with the icon it shows me how badly I need sound deadening HOLY SHIT it pounds. I love it. I can't wait to see your review.

I am going to have a guy on the caraudioforum.com site build me a box i have seen some pics he does a A+ job, and i used WinISD to pick my tuning and size, and right now I don't have a license but i still might hook it up in the car for a day to see how it sounds. My station wagon has its hatch sound proofed but everything else isn't, but it is only my for now car, I eventually wan't a late 90's cadillac.

Yea well you are going to want to sound deaden everything in the car. To get the best sound. It is going to cost a little more but it is worth it.

Maybe look into second skin damplifier pro. I am going to get 36 sq ft for 160. Thats what I am going to get and sound deaden everything. I can't wait to hear the difference.

My planned specs are 4 cubic feet tuned to 29hz. I plan on doing a slot port, with a plexi window on the top so I can show of the subs greatness. And the guy who is building it iscdbori0214 on the other forum.

well i dont have a ps3 but i do have a xbox 360. One problem is that I have played all the games to much, and I don't want to spend 40-60 bucks on a new game.

I'm getting a 15", i am putting it in a enclosure I already have for about a month until I can get the money for the new one, search my name and you can see my post about the box I plan to build for it.

The build house is quite slammed due to catching up with orders during the new year (you ordered over the new year weekend), and there is CES that just wrapped up. Your driver will be shipped out as soon as it is done. No need to worry.

It's hard to wait, I know!

UPS let my 15" xcon at the build house a few days, since 12/21. Once they got it, it tooks 5 days.

Now I have it since friday in my box (3,.5 ft3 at 32Hz) and I love it.

The Icon was sounding really gooooood, but that is another level : like the Icon BIG brother.

(Still on 1000 watts).
