Some of the members do come off arsehoish, but i wouldn't take any offence, some of the most arsehoish people are some of the most intelligent, you just have to be consice and give us good info

When the information in the thread is lacking and the OP ignores the posting guidelines he agreed to when he joined and then posts a topic that is rehashed 20x a week it gets REALLY annoying. Make a good thread, give good information or DON'T POST.

That wasn't information. Exactly my point Unless you tell us what you might be into there is no possible way for us to recommend anything. I can guarantee you won't like what I like, so unless you let me know what it is you are looking for it is pretty tough. The other recommendations you will get are all from people who have what they recommend which is completely worthless information IMO.

I was just going to say the same thing after reading his post, people dont want to follow the rules but get mad when they get called out for it. Makes no sense, it is like people who break the law and get mad at the police officer for catching them and writing them a ticket or taking them to jail (stupid if you ask me, you know it was wrong when you did it so you shouldnt be mad you got caught).

If you just want recommendations then go through all the same topics as this one and read through every single one of them. This is getting very redundant when people dont even want to search for there answer when it is there in front of them. SEARCH, please (there are about 30 topics on this within these last few months).

man i get what you are saying %100. maybe you did ask ask question that has been asked and asked over and over, that doesn't require some one to reply to you being a prick.... there is not a rule that says these guys has to reply to every post made. i have read all 80something pages and i didn't reply to %95 of them. if i read something i dont agree with or think is dumd guess what...... i didn't reply! so if you are reading this and dont like it go to the next thread . dont waste your time typing and my time reading!!!! i have heard you say a couple of times what you are looking for and to me it is as simple of a question you can get...... you are looking for suggestions for some good speakers..... like TREO engineering, infinity, mb quart, focal ect, ect, without breaking the bank.. best bang for your buck.

You don't get it do you. What we are trying to do is teach people to read the noob posting rules. Which apparently you haven't read. If we didn't have all these countless threads, then HEY maybe the search function would be a lot better than finding these dead end threads.

If we didn't post on here and ignore 95% of the posts as you do without saying something, then there would be 2000000 more posts of WHICH COMPONENTS WILL ROX MY SOX OFF!

Its just a little lesson so that we can have good threads like m5 said. Honestly most of the time people are just lazy and don't wanna search (im guilty of this) and we gave him the best option. Go listen.

Thank you for your lack of input, now lets look at this on a common sense level. If you would of made this topic right from the go (following directions like your supposed to) then we would of avoided this problem. You should of came in here directing this toward your install like (how your gonna install them, the budget, the listening qualities you like and so on) then this would of been answered and given a lot of attention. But if Im not mistaken in his first post all he said was can I get some recommendations? If you just want recommendations then the FASTEST and SMARTEST way to get that would be to go and search the old topics just like this and look at all the speakers listed. You guys are getting emotional and crying when I gave some excellent advice (just because it wasnt what you wanted to hear or how you wanted to hear doesnt mean it is my fault), take your skirts off and brush it off there just words (dont even understand how you got offended). If I was new to a forum I would search all the threads and see what was useful to me especially if I just wanted a recommendation. But if I wanted to get questions answered directly for my install with the information needed for people to help me then I would of made a topic, which the OP did not do from go.

Dont get mad at people for not liking the fact you didnt post right, that is what the rules are for (grow up and follow the rules and it wont be any problems or misunderstanding). wondering if any one could give me some input on what they think good components are other than focal ? yes your right not a hole lot of information there now here is all the information i replied to and gave out.

amp is going to be the sax 100.4 going on a mazda millenia with 2 sa-8 subs on a sae 1200d just looking for really clear sound out of the speakers not really doing any type of competitions just an overall good sounding system i listen to.. really every type of music i like a lot of rock and rap and r&b so im looking for some components that just have good clarity sound. my goal is i want a system that i can just play anything and just sound amazing. im not looking for the best system out there cuz obviously im not gona have that.

as far as budget .. just not stupid priced i would be willing to spend 600 on a good set of components as long as they are worth the money (meaning i dont want to spend 600 on some focal speakers when i know there are some out there cheeper and better )

as far as me going out there and just listen to speakers ... well i would love to do that but thats my problem any of the good audio stores in town ther idea of a good component is focal the only other one worth even mentioning in town would be treo engineering and i really dont want to get them (long story) so thats why im looking for suggestions on other components so i can maybe find them by brand in town or find someone that has them and try them out . in other words im trying to narrow my search .

i do understand that, and agree about the search bar.... but really man if somebody isn't doin it right let that be on them. let'em be and go on to the next tread. one that is worth your time and not a waste of it and let the ones who want to reply to a question that has been asked over and over reply to it. i'm just saying that it seems like the people that have the biggest issues with these threads are the ones that reply to them over and over... just chill out some... or whatever.

go with re audio re series components. my cousin has them super loud and very clean dont disort at all

Also look at Image Dynamics they have some good speakers, there is even a review on them from a member on this board (a few members here have them)

Indeed.

2 things came out of this thread.

1) Rusty received a warning. I won't tolerate someone pissing about the fact that we have noob guidelines and they should be followed

2) The thread is locked. The OP didn't heed our recommendations and read the guidelines nor follow them. He may start a new thread, but it better be on task or I'll remove it. This thread so far has done nothing but waste energy and space on the forum

**OP, it surely isn't that we don't want to help you, but we do want to make sure that we help you in the right way. Unless you let us know how that is you will not get any useful help as it will be subjective crap unrelated to your goals. For instance, generically speaking I friggin' HATE Focals so you don't want my subjective opinion. You seem to have a boner for them, if we understood why we could recommend something similar. To find out though you are going to have to spend more time making a better thread. AFTER you search. I will expect your next thread to even include what you tried to search for...
