I will probably not buy an amp for 2 weeks so I don't know if I will be able to find a good deal on that memphis. Would I be better off bridging a 4channel amp?

You can get what you want. A 4 channel will work. I do see the memphis amps on ebay all the time.

Just do a search for memphis 16-mc300 or mc300.

Ultimatly its up to you.

4channel amps I have been looking at:

MTX 3404

JL e4300

Soundstream XTA360.4

Orion 4004

Kicker KX350.4

Diamond Audio 3400.4

I will probably run down to the local car audio place tomorow for a chat.

At my local shop I can get a Memphis MC2004 for $200. Its a good deal compared to what I've seen online. I haven't seen any actual numbers of what it puts out bridged but the guy in the shop says it will do 160x2. Can anyone confirm this?
