ok how if i say 36w x16h x28d can u work with that?? or u need more

just tell me what u need but still wanna use 16 max high

Which side will you mount the subs on? If I were you, I'd use a double baffle on that side.

well on the top 36x28 an ill be usein 3/4 birch plywood

Well with that you have more than enough... Over 7 cubes before any displacements!

You could probably do 32w x16h x20d and that would give you 4.5ish cubes before displacements...

Maybe a little over 3 cubes after displacements...

ok what size should do the port an how

your port should have an opening 12-16in square per cubic foot your box is.

the length can be found with this equation:

((8466.4 x R^2)/(Bv x Tf^2))-(1.463 x R)

R=radius of port, (if you are doing a slot port, divide the square area by pi and then take the square root of that number)

Bv= box volume, (in cubic feet)

Tf= tuning frequency, (what you are trying to tune to, something like 28-38Hz for daily driving)

This equation gives you the length of the port in inches, so see whatcha get.
