filling material besides spray foam

I am building a wall and still need to seal it off on the sides and wherever there is space in between the box and the car walls. Is there a cheaper more efficient method besides spray foam? I am asking this because I am going to need about 20 cans of spray foam, if not more. I have also heard that spray foam is hard to work with. If there is something that is about the same price but is easier to work with please let me know.

If You Want To Be Cheap You Could Do The Whole Riveted Plexiglass With Rubber Weatherstripping And Superglue Or Silicone Thing, Can Get A Little Messy Though. Of Course You May Not Have The Room For It.

I Was Gonna Say You Could Weld A Frame In.

You'll Have To Build A Frame Either Way, For The Plexi Method Use MDF. There Are Other Ways Though.

thats not gonna happen ahaahah. Is there anything else that I could use as fill? Like could I use maybe some polyfill to fill the major gaps and spray foam the rest and the outside area?

you could put some poly down where you are going to be spray in foaming that way when you go to spray it in it will protect the carpet and such from the foam. and when you go to take it out of the car it should be easy enough to just pull it out with out TOO much trouble.

I already layed out some fabric to protect the floor.
