What Sub do i need?

OK so i have a few questions.... in my girls car i have a fosgate T1500-1Bd 1500 rms or so at 1ohm, so what sub should u get the dual 1 ohm or dual 2 ohm? and how would it be wired? second setup is my car, i have a fosgate T2500-1bd and was wondering if i should get 2 subs rated at dual 2ohm or 2 subs at dual 1 ohm? thank you guys

your gonna get ripped apart with that as your first post, but before you do, Ill give you a little help.

for the 1500, if your getting 1 sub, get a D2, 2 subs get a D1, once you decide then someone can help you wire it. this also assumes youre getting a best of a sub that can take all that power. if you dont need all the power the amp has, get a single D1 and run it at 2 ohms. that way if you ever get a second sub then the amp will still be suitable.

for the 2500, it depends on how much space you have and how much money you have. could get 2 nice 12's that can take the power, or get one beastly 18's that can handle that much.

but the 18 could very well take up more space than the 2 12's, but probably be cheaper than the 2 12's.

also, do you want it to be really loud, or sound really good?

but you might wanna hurry up and read the noob guidelines and then come back with the vehicle, music you listen to, status of the electical systems in the vehicles, goals as far as output or SQ, etc...

do you even have these amps that are "in" these cars? If so, what kind of goals do you have in mind?
