rework ssd 15's

Guys I have purchased some ssd 15's from a guy and was wondering if I could send them in to get the bp power upgrade or if if that is something that has to be done at the time of the first build

The only thing that can be done is the compression plug in the pole piece...

We can't machine the top plates after they are charged.
