Here are some pics of our SPL truck at Tj's audio.. This truck brought home a 3rd place trophy from the USACI World Championship this year. We managed to hit 159.7 db @ 65hz using eight Addictive Audio V2 12's, Four Addictive Audio 200.1 amps, and 1 BatCap 8400.

i like the overall box design, not sure if i am into the deadening on the box itself...... have to get back with you on that one,

the gear you mentioned, the batcap, is that all the electrical upgrade?

surely you got a couple of alts in there....

8 12"s below the window line?

is that like 2 cu ft per sub then?

soooooooooo close to that 160 mark!!!!

Lol.. we only put this truck together to place at finals this year.. The truck is built for USACI prostock class. The box is approximately 11 cu.ft. total and that is the only electrical upgrade running at 17.2 volts.. Next year we plan to take first place with this truck :drink40:

Forgot to mention that we contacted Fatmat and they told us about a sound reflecting material that would help us with spl.. of course thats what we used!

11 gross and 8 12"s , uh......is that a little tight? i mean 160's something is going right, but seems awfull small, 65hz................can you drop them lows?

it will do 155db all day in street beat!

LOL I dont think he is worried about it dropping the lows.. This is a SPL build.

i agree it is a spl build, but off the specs and build design, it suggest that it might very well be cable of doing well with handling the lower notes.

I am gathering that i was correct on my assumption due to the response that "it will do 155db all day in street beat!" :drink40:

Just curious if anyone saw us at USACI World Finals in Tulsa, OK? We had our s10 in this build and a bagged ext. cab chevy with flames, both competed and took 3rd..
