Metered today

Recommended Posts

So i was metered today and this is what i got...

144.6 Outlaw under the floor @ 39hz

and an oddity i scored 145 @ 39hz legal on the windshield

The shop i was at thought it was quite odd that i was hitting higher in legal than i was outlaw.

15 fi bl on a saz-3000d @ 2 ohm

Thanks,

Apparently it's not normal to hit higher in legal than it is outlaw?

normal? well i would say that most installs that are kinda daily driver style street beaters, do seem to post higher numbers when micced outlaw, there is a gain. but some of the installs are designed and built to be optimized while sealed up. what set up do you currently have?

when u do outlaw, make sure no sunroof is open and the door is open on the opposite side of the meter. Nothing else should be open or rolled down.

reading your sig, when is those "upcoming" upgrades coming, I would be pretty hype to know that was on the way.

so you got a decent combo there, what vehicle do you have?

just trying to get a feel for what we are looking at here, 145, single sub, 1600 watts, legal is really doing pretty well.

how long have you had your SAZ 3000D? I have one put back.

I say, around Christmas, unless i get a new car by then then everything will be upgrades to maybe 15's or 18s :P

A 95 lumina 4d sedan

about a month, i love it it's so damn sexy and sick. i got mine off of db-r the B-stock new style heat sink for 571 dollars shipped, the b-stock older style heatsings are like 525 without shipping.

You'll be extremely pleased with it.

got mine super low price, but am tradeing it off, I am on to much of a budget right now to afford the electrical upgrades needed to run it, i know i will be happy with the saz1500d for now.
