strange how that now since Jaguar has the deep pockets from Ford their quality goes up, and I did some research and foudn out that the Cayenne is the cause for porsche being so low

Yeah, the Cayenne and Touraeg have had tons of problems ...

IIRC, Consumer Reports said the Boxster had the least problems of any roadster ...

Anyways, I'd be more concerned with serious problems as, odds are, the majority of these problems are minor ... Although one could argue that it does reflect on quality control ...

There are TWO Buick's in our driveway. Too bad they both suck.

Cadillac uses a lot of new technologies, which usually don't have all the bugs worked out ... Thus a higher rate of problems ...

"per 100 vehicles."

Too subjective with the sheer volume of vehicles manufacturers produce today. Also, talk to anyone who works at a dealership and they will tell you most of things people have fixed are stupid nitpick items. I don't know. I personally feel if you take care of a car well, it will be a good car. Now some are lemons, and some just bad designs, but overall it all comers down to the end-user IMO.

the H1 alpha's are coming!! (actuall all hummer's will get an alpha model, meaning better performance, tires, yada,yada,yada)..the H1 alpha means u get the duramax and allison combo...300hp and 520lb-ft of torque and a 2" body lift to accomadte them.

performance? how about the ability to a climb a 22" vertical wall? cross a 60% grade, traverse a 40% side slope with 2500pds of payload and ford 30" of water? or towing over 9300 pds?

yeah, it's a mans truck..hehe..all for only $141k...

oh yeah, 0-6 in 13 seconds.....but it weighs 8114 pds...not too shabby...

And if you only knew how cheap the things are being built. Ever had to service a Hummer? They take parts from all the Big3 and jumble them altogether. Kinda funny how it all works.

I can tell you though, once you take into consideration the torque multiplication throughout all the gearing, a snap of the throttle will throw you back in the seat pretty hard. They are beasts and that damn diesel will pull ANYTHING.
