just bought a 18'' fi bl dual 1 ohm im runnin 2 ohm 2 a 1200.1 jbl.. im installing it in a 96 yukon..4dr.

how should i build the box , which way should the sub face ..and port...how many cb ft...thanks..

I would say subs up and port up/rear firing, 5-10 ft^3 per sub with 12-16in^2/per cube of port area.

In a large SUV like that, I personally prefer port rear, sub rear facing for a daily install. 7 cubes at 33hz would be a great box size to start with if this is for daily music listening.
