How can I post several pictures at the same time ?

It's boring to take them one after the other !

All pics are in my gallery

I will add much better pictures soon.

The car is at the garage for paint and for some work.

The new amps (2 saz 1000) are coming tomorrow.

Everything will be redone in this install, except the deadening part, already done with Secondskin Damplifier (doors and trunk).

Looks good man! Though i will say if that box is made from particle board the x-con make a toll on it quickly. Even with bracing it might eat it.

It's a kind of marine material. Maybe it's not as strong as the mdf, I don't know, but his last box was in the same material. It was a 6ft3 sealed box with a 15' Kicker L7 receiving 1200 watts of power daily : it was sounding very good, with lot of lows, and a very big output(not mesured).

The advantage with this "wood" is the weight : 1" mdf is too heavy for a small car like his !!!

With the 2 saz 1000 D, it's sooooo gooooooood !!!!!!!!!

The pressure is insane inside the car!!!

People with "big & heavy" spl subs are amazed : so much out put for 1800 - 2000 watts rms ! Soooooo much low notes !!!

The ground seems to move when we play some rap songs. On some Gucci Mane, or Gorilla Zoe, it's incredible!!!

Everybody loves this setup down here.

I got to say that my homie has lots of Davis Acoustics speakers in his front doors : they are clear, loud and accurate. They are powered by a JBL amp at 2 ohms (4 x 169 watts rms). I think it's the bpx 600.4 or something. We had it so cheap on Indoaudio, we could not pass on it, and my friend is a JBL lover. All his pro audio gear is JBL!

I still have pics to post here : the doors, the total install and the car itself.

SSA may have some new customer soon!!! (only if they speak english and if they find the site !!!)

This install is fantastic, everybody is talking about it here.

That is great to hear. If need be, help them order and we will help you out on a future order. Would love a mini-review of the Xcon in this install. :)

It looks good...

Maybe I missed it but what are the specs of the enclosure?

3.5 ft3 net at 32 Hz if I remember it right. We just bought the design at Fishercustoms and my friend built it.

curious about the wood you used........

Like I said, it's a kind of marine wood, I don't remember how it is called in French, so, in English : don't know! But I will look for it.

My friend used to build boxes with mdf, for one of the few shops down here. But he prefers this kind of wood, now.

It's water resistant, lighter than mdf, it is stronger than mdf (he thinks so), and the sound is not bad !

Is it really better? I don't know, but I like it : my box is in the same wood, and I have no problem with it.
