Yea, but this estimate is way off for some reason.

But i just scooped it up it from ******.

On another note.....

Would i be fine running my amp at .5ohms, even though its a 1 ohm amp. :ugh2::hyper:

bbp6 is faaar too dependant on lumping the small signal specs. this is both the great thing about the program, and the chitty thing about it's graphiing/forecasting.

The only real graph to use is the nrf and vent velocity. They are not 100% of course, but are close enough.

MS Excel > bbp6 > other free programs.

which woofers are using in how big of a box with how much port area? These things will help to determine wether or not You can use Your amp at 0.5 nominal.

But, I'll go ahead and say that it should be fine. ;)

18in SX's,

ABout 14.63 after displacement, 17.3 before.

tuned to 32.

I'll prolly build another box though just to test

also on BBp, it tells you the impedence at the diffrent freqs.

yea, You'll be fine at 0.5 nominal.

I can guarantee You that the bbp6 imp. graph is not accurate enough.

How long did it take you to familiarize yourself with it? This is my first time messing with any software related type of beats.

I went through the tutorials (which I always do) then about an hour of "playing" with the settings before I got the hang of it. Total time maybe an hour and fifteen...

You have to remember though, I have a lot of experience with recording software. (Digital Performer, Pro tools, cubase, fruity loops, t-racks, reason, traction, and the list goes on.) Once you get the hang of one, there are slight variations in each software, but you will be able to hanld it. It is actually really fun. Let me know if you want or need loops, I have thousands.

I'm new to the whole thing. I used to DJ a WHILE ago, but had nothing like the equipment they do now. Evereything I made was off an analog mixer, nothing too difficult. I saw this program at my buddy's house the other day and I was just blown away with it and had to have it. IT looks really intimidating for me, but I will get used to it. Hopefully.

Yes i used FL for the longest until i got a keyboard, but now i'm sellin them, so go fig, i neva really made any money making any beats, it was kinda just like a hobby.

But i just played around wt it for a while then i increasingly just kept getting better.

The funnest thing to do is import a short clip and use the slicer to have custom sounds or import midi files you like and add a beat to them. You can do so much with it, just play around with it and find out what you like and stick wt it and steal other peoples techniques...

gotta go to class now, summer school is a btch.
