Website Stole My Photos---grrr

So I was browsing the other day and found my Massive P3000.1 photos on another website. http://www.wmd-subwoofers.com/amps4sale.htm

I contacted him and questioned about the photos/amps. he said he took them in his home several years back. He also provided me with my own power test. Said that he had conducted a power test on them and these were his result.

apparently he visits this forum---it's the only place that the information is posted, the pictures were on Ebay but the power test were on here only.

Not that it's some huge deal.... but if you're gonna run your own website... whynot do your own test and take your own photos?

*I failed to mention that he acted like a 13yr old boy when I said they were my numbers/photos... he told me to f off and i could kiss his @$$...

Once you posted them they were public domain unless otherwise stated as far as I know.

I have seen other people on the net steal pics and info from this site. Even though the practice is extremely shady its a pretty good reference point. Alot of people on this site really know their stuff. To bad you cant sue him lol

I dont have "rights" to them so they are open for public use. Ebay is the only place that I can have him booted from.

just annoying that he claims that they're his own and the test results were his own...

here's an e-mail that I just got from him---all cursing has been removed

then there were several un-postable pictures that he attached....

Now he's fighting a different fight.... I really don't know why he's worried that he didn't buy them from me... that wasn't even an issue...

All I said to him is that I since he's trying to run his own business he should provide his OWN pictures and Testing results

everything he's selling is high-dollar or hard to come by.. none of his photos are consistant in quality meaning they're all probably taken from someone else.
