Just re-built the avalanche again here are the pics.

Sounds good and gets loud dont have any new numbers yet....

I hate the way the vinyl turned out on the midgate, the glue sucked and the vinyl is very thin, so that will be redone sometime this year. I still need to add the fans behind the amps and the relay for the fans. Also need to switch the KLM power wires with some hyperflex, and install new alternator. Let me know what you think.

Nope.... just s XS2400 back there now and a ol stock one up front. Need to still get one 3100 and put the 2400 up front.

Looks great! We need more pics.... :D !

Let me dig some more up.... I will try to get a video tomorrow.

Looks pretty cool... I'm wanting to try a few Sundown amps on my next project, if it ever gets off the ground...

I know what you mean about the vinyl... On my last system in my Blazer (now torn out and sold) I covered three pannels almost the same size as the one you showed (not liking) and I did not like the way they came out.. Did one three times...

I think next time, I will make sure any screwheads are recessed and all edges and corners are hit with a router roundover bit.... I think that'll give it a much smoother look...
