Awesome Install Pic

Hey everyone.....got the toyota's system install all done....I will post pics and video in a few hours....but the 18's blew the box apart...... haha

it sounds like a machine gun in the back :biggun:bdddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd :biggun:

took about 45 minutes to destroy the box......so next week ill have a nother box on the way...... the shop is going to build another box for me no charge fing05.gif this time its going to be a little more secure....the shop was pissed that them Sundown 3500's teamed with the Btl's were so damn devastating :owned::slayer::slayer::slayer::owned:

lol that is why i build all my own box's!! lol having a shop building it they alwasy make it to small or not strong enough lol!! and ya make sure to double check there size's and what not lol!!

and congrats on the install!

Wow nice install man!! i like it!! question though i thought mounting the amp(s) on the box like that was a NO NO? but i could be wrong! again though very nice!!

It IS a no-no. You get a lot of vibrations and at some point something can come loose on the board and you end up with a fried amp. I've seen some really ugly damage because of box mounting. Plus when you want to move the box you need to work on the amp too. Real pain the the behind if you ask me.

Just because some people do it doesn't mean it's a good thing. Double or triple up the mdf under the amp and brace it well if you want to mount it to the box.
