the only reason i went for the hercules was because it costs as much as the xx zeus that does 1600x1 at 1ohm rated at 13.8v, but i guess ill decide on that.

as in dmm i presume you mean multimeter, no this will not help

some of your lingo and terms are slightly different from ours in the uk

you need a scope

1kwrms between them will be fine

DMM = Digital Multimeter

AND yes, a scope is the only way I would ever do it (and did )

i was speaking to eric and he said that a dmm would be good enough, i might just pick up the xx zeus and save the hassle. i hear that the xx generation amps are slightly under rated.

i have 750 a piece to my 15's and they do pretty good.

i think they could take a bit more but the impedance rise is killing me. and yes i do know about impedance rise and i have a scope
