Box For 15" BTL

i want to make the box fit in my 2000 honda accord and made the measurements on the bigest box i could make

34 inches long 21 inches deep and 16.5 inches high (might be able to go higher)

will this be big enough? and how big should the port be to tune it to 32 hertz?
