new sub?

alright so right now i have a 15" bl and its jus not cutting it anymore.

i want something more.

my buddy has a 18 xcon and i like how it sounds but i dont wana get the same sub.

pretty much i want something that slams like the xcon.

i want it to get loooow and sound good.

i need some opinions

Do you really have a good enclosure for your needs?

I found that enclosures are soooo important for the sound of your subs. It may be much better to have the good enclosure that suit your needs than buying another new sub.

I have worked with 4 different enclosures for my old Kicker S15L7, and I found very very different results, so , maybe you just don't like your box!

sounds like the bug. Well I say go for it and grab whatever you'd like to try next. You'll find throughout the nicer subs there really isn't an astonishing difference between them. knowing what I know now, i'd change my frontstage 20 times before changing my sub once.

i dont have money now but im bout to start soon at o reillys distribution center and ill be makin pretty good money.

ive been thinkin bout the icon's cuz i liked how the xcons where.

im assuming they would be pretty precise like the xcon i heard jus not slam as hard.

if i got the icons i would strap some 1500ds.

idk if ill have enough room in my jimmy though.

i still wana keep the backseats so i have the very back to work with.
