how much port do i need for a 9.0cf box is 120'' of port to much port---like 16.5'' tall 6.5'' wide 16''deep i just dont wont to much port any help would be nice

it's a mix of the box size and power available.

most companies suggest around 16sqin per cube so in your case, optimal is 144". Sure you can go lower than that, 120 is fine, but if u are running an enormous amount of power, larger port would be required.

I had 112.5 sq inches in a 4.3 cu ft enclosure...so I would say you don't have enough port area IMO
