hey i am fairly new here, looking forward to being a long term member , and being respected

so i noticed i have a 0 % warning on my name , what does this mean ?

did i get a warning for something and then it went away ? and if so ? for what ? nobody told me what i did ?

if that is the case , how do i get rid of it ? because if i did something wrong i am sorry , i didn't intend to piss anyone off ......
