How can I get in touch with Fi

HEy guys, I recently sent my sub in for repair. It has been two weeks since they got it and I still havent heard from them. Ive emailed them twice with no luck. This is getting quite irritating because I can never get ahold of them unless Ive purchased something. lol Any phone numbers? any help appreciated, Thanks.

Does the phone # on the shipping label under the fi audio adress when i got bl 15's still work?

Or is that fi's shipping department?

This is going to sound very stupid but how do i go about sending my Q back in for repair... its been messed up for like a year now n it hasnt got fixed cuz i dont really get how to send it back... i have the shippin box i got it in but do i send like a check or money order in the box with it or do i just ship it there and wait till its fixed the pay then or what...thanks ps im sorry for being a meathead

Please be sure to include a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone, and email on it with the sub. We will contact you with the total including return shipping. Normally takes 3-7 business days for recones.

Payments can be made before it ships back (if paypal or credit/debit card). If by check or money order, payment needs to be in advance for clearance and you can let us know your zip code so we can get you the exact quote.
