Yes enclosed there will be three mids in each door, and three highs in each a-pillar

When I say "Loudest" I mean out of those two I listed between the kicker and the fosgate which components will be louder.

When I say clearest I mean sounding the best "Clarity"

first of all, for that price, i'd suggest looking into a refurb sundown that db-r has now. a 50.4, or even better, a 100.4 would walk all over that hifonics all day long. second, why 3 sets of comps? why not just do 4

The reason why I'm set on kicker and fosgate is because sundown re audio,rd audio, and other places charge too much for components. So I picked kicker and fosgate because their mainly the two best mainstream manufactures am I right?

While it would be impossible to say that those are the 2 best mainstream brands. Of those two, my guess is that rockfords would be louder. they have a very slight efficiency advantage and are rated for more power. if you really want loud, buy an amp that will run active and use a PA woofer and a horn tweet on each side

That would be too loud!!! That would drown out all the bass.
