Dear Customer,

We have received the item that you sent back to us, but we are not clear on how you would like us to proceed with this return. Currently the PowerAcoustik A3000DB is unavailable and we have no date of when the next re-supply will be. Please let us know whether you would like  to wai on an exchange for the same item, exchange for a different item, or if you would prefer a refund at this time.

They don't have the slightest idea of when they'll be back in stock? Could be tomorrow or in two months. pucking ridiculous.

I'd get my money back and buy it from a place that has it in stock, or find another amp period.

just depends on if they try and charge me a 15% re-stocking fee, but its broke so athey cant restock something that is broke right, lol. It will be funny to see what they say.
