Met up with Scott at the flea market today, met him over at the CA.com forums. Gave him a demo, and took a new vid. He's got an '08 Merc Grand Marquis with 2 AQ SDC 15's on a Cadence 1000W amp, a car not much different from Jon's, has a lot of potential. He wants to see if he can ride up with us next time you set up the TL.

I don't have any vids. We barely payed attention to my ride when we met up. I killed my DEH-4000UB somehow, so I'm without music until I can get a new HU ordered. (probably not till Wednesday)

Yeah his SDC's sound really good man, I had never heard a set of those in person. They sound like they need a little more power, those subs are underrated anyways.

It just wont turn on anymore. It worked earlier this morning but when I went out for lunch it just didn't turn on. So I pulled it out, rewired everything, checked all my fuses, still nothing. I went ahead and ordered a Kenwood eXcelon X592. It was cheap and free shipping and should do everything I want. I'm thinking the 4000UB is toast. I'll bring it along whenever the meet up happens. Maybe I'm just retarded, haha.

Yeah, they could definitely use some more power. Whenever I have the money I'll go with a bigger amp. Something in the 2000 RMS range.

humm... and you checked for power with a dmm or a test light im sure.. that is weird.

i may try some AQ subs in my truck, good price and from what i have seen they take goobs of power daily and thats what i need.

Yeah, checked everything with my DMM.

For the price I paid on these 15s, I couldn't be happier. As long as you're careful on the gains they will take quite a bit of power.

I should have a new HU by the weekend so whenever you wanna meet just tell Matt to call me or somethin.
